Susan Benante was the perfect choice of Realtor for us. She worked continuously hard until she found a buyer and kept going until the closing process was complete. She is so knowledgeable with regard to the market and all regulatory procedures involved in selling or buying property in Florida. We were completely happy with how Susan handled the sale of our property.

Susan did a fantastic job of helping us with purchasing our townhome in Orlando. This was a new market for us and we weren’t local. We bought directly from a builder in a new construction. Susan helped us prepare our package so that we were accepted. Her team went by the site throughout the construction process to send us site photos and updates. She also helped us a lot during the close process. We had trouble with the inspection where there were a few issues that needed to be addressed by the builder a week before closing. She negotiated that the issues were handled properly. She got us a credit for our inspection cost and our flight expenses of visiting the site from the builder. In addition, she paid out of pocket for our reinspection. She took a load of our mind during a very stressful time. Last but not the least, she recommended a great vacation furnishing company that did a wonderful job of setting up our new home within 4 days! She also negotiated a 10% discount for us with this company – on her own. We are forever grateful for all her help with this transaction and highly recommend her for any buyers.
